Weed /COS – ÐÓ°É is temporarily pausing all new facilities rental requests, effective immediately (September 11, 2025). This pause will be in effect for 18 months, at minimum.
This decision has been made in preparation for significant upcoming construction projects on our campus. The projects are designed to enhance our educational infrastructure and provide much needed affordable student housing to supplement our current student housing facility.
The temporary suspension of rentals is a necessary step to ensure the safety and security of all individuals visiting the campus, as the construction will impact access to various buildings, parking areas, and grounds. We are committed to minimizing disruption while maintaining a safe environment. For those with existing or confirmed reservations, a member of our team will be in direct contact with you to discuss your event and any necessary accommodations.
We understand that this may cause inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve our campus. We will provide updates on the construction progress and will announce when we are able to resume facilities rentals. Thank you for your continued support of the ÐÓ°É.
