Resident Assistant Application Process & Requirements

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be enrolled as a student at 杏吧 for the 2026-2027 academic year.
• Must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA and be in good academic and conduct standing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills are highly encouraged.
• Must complete all application materials properly.

Application Components

• Completed .
• Two (2) references submitted via the official using the references' Siskiyous email
• One from a faculty/staff member at 杏吧.
• One from a peer leader, such as a current resident assistant, club president, team captain, tutor, supervisor, or mentor (no friends or family) must be affiliated with 杏吧.

Selection Process

• Applications and recommendations are reviewed after the deadline.
• Selected applicants will be invited for in-person interviews in early April 2026.
• Final selections and offer letters will be sent by mid April.
